KXIP vs RCB Match Highlights : In what was the worst match of Vivo IPL 2018, Royal Challengers Bangalore kept their hopes of making it to the play offs alive beating Kings XI Punjab by 10 wickets at Indore on Monday.

This was after Kings XI Punjab were bowled out for an embarrassing 88 in 15.1 overs after being asked to bat first by RCB captain Virat Kohli.
Umesh Yadav claimed 3 for 23 in four overs to trigger the batting collapse. This was Umesh Yadav’s second three-wicket haul this season. His wickets included Lokesh Rahul and Chris Gayle with short balls and later on Andrew Tye, which fetched him the Man of the Match award.
Kings XI Punjab had put on 36 on the board when Lokesh Rahul departed for a 15-ball 21 with three sixes in the fifth over. Chris Gayle followed him to the dugout three balls later after a 14-ball 18. After this, Kings XI Punjab had a free fall with all the RCB bowlers with the exception of Tim Southee feasting on a buffet by helping themselves with at least a wicket.
Aaron Finch was the lone man fighting it out for Kings XI Punjab before he got out for 26 from 23 balls to Moeen Ali in the 12th over. There were three run outs as well for Kings XI Punjab to sum up a poor day in the office.
The run chase was too easy for RCB as they knocked out the target of 89 from 120 balls in just 8.1 overs. Virat Kohli scored 48 not out from 28 balls while his opening partner Parthiv Patel scored 40 not out in 22 balls.
RCB are still in the seventh position in IPL Points Table 2018 with this being only their fifth win in 12 matches while Kings XI Punjab have slipped two places down to the no.5 spot with their sixth defeat in 12 matches.
