England’s innovative left handed batsman – Eoin Morgan has been ruled out of the upcoming World Cup due to a broken finger. Morgan interestingly played in the last edition of the World Cup in the Caribbean but was representing Ireland.
The 24-year-old Morgan’s replacement is the talented Ravi Bopara who unlike the former can provide the additional benefit of bowling medium pace. However, England will be missing Morgan as he has been a key performer in the limited versions of the game often keeping his cool under demanding conditions. Bopara who is a good strokeplayer himself has lots of potential but has been in an out of the English Side.
