The Australian team has landed in Mumbai today for the 7-ODI bilateral series against India. Led by Ricky Ponting, the Aussies are in terrific form having won the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa earlier this month.

The first ODI of the 7-match series is a day match at  the Reliance Stadium in Vadodara (formerly Baroda) on the 25th. Before leaving to Vadodara, the Australians will play a couple of warm-up games in Mumbai on the 21st and 22nd. Interestingly some of the members of the 15-man Australian Squad – Cameron White, Brett Lee, Nathan Hauritz, Doug Bollinger, Peter Siddle and John Holland have already been in India playing in the ongoing Champions League.
