London, August 19 (ANI): England’s batting coach Graham Gooch on Thursday credited the team’s consistent performance for their number one ranking. Gooch said this in a post match conference in London after rain washed away the afternoon session of the fourth test at the Oval. England reached the coveted number one spot in the world rankings at the expense of India, who was soundly thrashed in the first three tests.
