Ricky Ponting won the toss and put India to bat first in the Second ODI at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Jamtha, Nagpur. It’s a day night affair and so the dew is expected to play a big factor in the match. The Indian bowlers will have a difficult task to bowl with the ball expected to get wet every time it runs on the outfield in the evening.

The Aussies were forced to make two changes with the injured duo of James Hopes and Brett Lee getting replaced with opener Shaun Marsh and Ben Hilfenhaus. India on the other hand have made just the one change with Yuvraj Singh returning back from a finger injury and making way for him is Virat Kohli. Even for this match, there will be two home umpires officiating in the middle – Shavir Tarapore and Amish Saheba with the ICC neutral umpire Mark Benson still feeling unwell.

India : Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni (C&WK), Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, Praveen Kumar, Ishant Sharma

Australia : Shane Watson, Shaun Marsh, Ricky Ponting (C), Tim Paine (WK), Michael Hussey, Adam Voges, Cameron White, Mitchell Johnson, Nathan Hauritz, Peter Siddle, Ben Hilfenhaus
