Kirti Azad indifferent to BCCI’s decision

BJP MP Kirti AzadNew Delhi, May 23 (ANI): Reacting to the BCCI’s decision of not giving the benefit of one-time payment scheme to him, politician and ex-cricketer Kirti Azad has said that it is nothing but the vindictiveness against those who speak the truth. The former cricketer further added that he does not feel sorry about the incident at all. The BCCI took the decision a day after Azad’s protest fast outside New Delhi’s Ferozeshah Kotla ground over what he called financial irregularities in the Indian Premier League. Azad, who was supposed to get around Rs. 50 lakh through the scheme, expressed unhappiness over the way in which the IPL is being managed, following a series of controversies hitting the tournament.
