Bengal look hot to win their Ranji Trophy Super League match against Maharashtra after a solid first innings lead of 146 runs. Maharashtra though have started their second innings well with 46 for no loss but their team is packed with several inexperienced batsmen.

The visiting Bengal side were restricted to 325 after starting Day 2 at a shaky 52 for 2. India ODI discard Manoj Tiwary scored a patient 88 while Abhishek Jhunjhunwala who returned from the ICL fold cracked 95 and was the last man to fall for Bengal. Medium pacer Samad Fallah captured four wickets for the homeside.
