Sachin Tendulkar DelhiDelhi Daredevils were embarassed infront of their home crowd at the Feroz Shah Kotla after losing by a heavy margin of 98 runs against Mumbai Indians. Led by sparkling half centuries from Skipper Sachin Tendulkar (63 from 32 balls with 11 fours) and left handed Saurabh Tiwary (61 from 37 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes), Mumbai batted Delhi out of the match with a total of 218 for 7!

Delhi had a tragic moment when their Skipper and India run machine – Gautam Gambhir pulled his hamstring while chasing one to the boundary. Gambhir took no further part in the match because of the injury.

The Daredevils found the target too much and the clever off cutters and the sharp turn extracted by the Mumbai bowlers saw their downfall. The big guns – Sehwag, Dilshan and AB de Villiers all failed to deliver. Daredevils got bowled out in just 16.3 overs. Tendulkar got the Man of the Match.
