Dwayne Bravo Champions LeagueMumbai Indians defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by two runs before crashing out of the Champions League with just two victories in four games. In an exciting contest at Durban, Mumbai Indians recovered from a losing position of 84 for 5 in 13 overs to 165 for 7 thanks to Saurabh Tiwary’s 38 (from 30 balls with 3 fours and a six) and Dwayne Bravo’s 29 (from 17 balls with 3 fours and 2 sixes). Dale Steyn picked up three wickets for RCB before getting stick in the final overs.

In the second half, Royal Challengers Bangalore were kept down to 163 for 5 with young Virat Kohli just failing to get three runs from the final ball. But it was a heroic innings of 47 from 24 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes which almost won the match. Rahul Dravid was the top scorer for RCB with an unbeaten 71 from 58 balls (with 8 fours) but he couldn’t score the boundaries and sixes when it really mattered. Dwayne Bravo for his 4-0-23-2 along with a 17-ball 29 got the Man of the Match.
