Skipper Parthiv Patel scored 105 to help his side Gujarat reach 263 for 4 by Stumps on Day 3 against Hyderabad. Gujarat with that have gone past Hyderabad’s first innings total of 236 and are in a position to take three points from what should be a drawn match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal.

Earlier in the day, Hyderabad were bowled out for 236 having resumed play at 209 for 7. Medium Pacer Siddharth Trivedi finished up with a five-wicket haul.
