Australia won the rain-interrupted fourth ODI at Auckland by six wickets to seal the 5-match Chappell-Hadlee Trophy 3-1. After bowling out the Kiwis for 238, Australia chased their revised target of 200 from 34 overs with ease. Skipper Ricky Ponting led the way with a smashing 50 from 35 balls with 8 fours and a six while Man of the Match Cameron White scored 50 as well but from 57 balls. The top scorer for the Kiwis was Brendon McCullum with 61. Amongst the bowlers, Nathan Hauritz was the most successful with three wickets.
