Kiwi seamer Iain O’Brien to retire from International Cricket

New Zealand’s seamer Iain O’Brien has announced his retirement from International cricket owing to personal commitments. The 33-year-old pacer is set to live in the UK to join his English wife Rosie and play for Middlesex. O’Brien will bow out of international cricket after the 3rd Test against Pakistan at Napier.

Iain O’Brien would be ending his career for New Zealand at Napier with 22 Tests, 10 ODIs and 4 T20Is having made his international debut in 2005. Till date, this Wellington seamer has taken 67 Test wickets which includes one five-wicket haul.
