The second and final T20I between New Zealand and Australia at Christchurch saw an incredible 400 plus runs being scored! Brendon McCullum scored a superb unbeaten century, 116* from 56 balls (with 12 fours and 8 sixes) and the Kiwis reached 214 for 6 batting first. Australia got to 214 for 4 in a magnificent chase powered by Michael Clarke (67 from 45 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes) and Cameron White (64* from 26 balls with 5 fours and 5 sixes).
It needed a Super Over Eliminator to decide the winner of the match and it was the Kiwis prevailing in it to draw the 2-T20I Series 1-1. Australia batting first could make only 6 runs which the Kiwis got past in four balls. McCullum got the Man of the Match.
