England ease to 2-0 lead at Edgbaston

England completed a 9-wicket win in the Second Test at Edgbaston at Birmingham. The visitors got the target of 118 in 36.3 overs losing Alastair Cook. Jonathan Trott scored the second fifty of the match, remaining unbeaten on 53 (from 101 balls with 6 fours). Skipper Andrew Strauss also scored an unbeaten 53 (from 114 balls with 4 fours) to see England through to take a series lead of 2-0. Earlier Pakistan was dismissed for 296 with five more runs being added by the last pair in the morning session.

Off Spinner Graeme Swann picked up the Man of the Match for capturing six wickets in the Pakistani second innings.
