Multan’s Zulfiqar Babar captures all 10 wickets

Left Arm Spinner from Multan – Zulfiqar Babar created sensation yesterday by taking all 10 wickets in an innings. The 31-year-old achieved the feat in the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match between Multan and Islamabad at the Multan Cricket Stadium.

Zulfiqar Babar bowled 39.4 overs in Islamabad’s first innings to take 10 for 143. This is the third best bowling figures ever in Pakistan’s first class history which also includes Test matches.

Naeem Akhtar of Rawalpindi Blues and Shahid Mahmood of Karachi Whites are the only two player to achieve the same feat in Pakistan’s first class cricket before Babar.
