Australia took a little over 50 overs to wrap up Pakistan on the final day’s play to not only win the third Test at Hobart but also to finish a 3-0 cleansweep. Khurram Manzoor was the only batsman putting up a fight for the tourists scoring 77 in a 306-minute long innings. Tail-ender Mohammad Aamer remained unbeaten on a stubborn 30 from 109 balls.
For the Aussies, Peter Siddle and Nathan Hauritz took three wickets each. The Man of the Match went to Ricky Ponting while Shane Watson got the Player of the Series.
