England pile up huge runs on Day 2

England have been powered by as many as four centuries in their first innings which is still unfinished at a massive 553 for 5. Wicket Keeper Matt Prior smashed a century on Test Debut. Paul Collingwood and Ian Bell also joined Alastair Cook and Prior in the century club.
Resuming at 200 for 3 on the second day, England lost the early wicket of Alastair Cook, adding just three more runs to his overnight score of 102. Paul Collingwood and Ian Bell then put on 144 runs for the fifth wicket. Collingwood departed in the 107th over having made 111 from 209 balls with 14 fours.

The last session belonged to Ian Bell and Matt Prior, the debutant. Batting on 5, Matt Prior smacked 121 runs all on his own in the last session! Ian Bell was a spectator adding up 50 runs in the final session that saw England plunder 181 runs in 32 overs against a tired West Indian attack. These two are still unfinished with Bell not out on 109 from 190 balls with 11 fours and Prior on 126 from 128 balls with 19 fours.
