The New Selection Committee has retained the same squad for the 2nd Test at Delhi starting on the 10th of this month. The new faces in the Selection Committee include Bhupinder Singh Sr. and Ranjib Biswal. The Selectors had hardly any play to assess the 11 players selected to play the 1st Test with three and a half days washed off due to heavy rains at Chennai. Sourav Ganguly keeps his place in the squad despite the formation of the new BCCI committee under Sharad Pawar.
