Uday Kaul struck an unbeaten 73 to ease hosts Punjab to a draw against Orissa. However, Orissa had the better of the match taking three points because of a first innings lead. The visitors had declared their second innings this morning at 247 for 8 with Halhadar Das moving onto an unbeaten 67. Punjab were set a target of 354 and they came up with 192 for 4 with Kaul top scoring.
