Kiwis down Tigers in Dunedin ODI to seal Series

Ross Taylor DunedinNew Zealand had an easy win of five wickets and 135 balls to spare in the second ODI at Dunedin against Bangladesh. Requiring to chase a target of 184, the Kiwis raced away to that in just 27.3 overs with Ross Taylor smacking 78 from 52 balls (with 6 fours and 5 sixes). Shafiul Islam checked the Kiwis progress by taking three wickets.

Earlier in the day, little Mushfiqur Rahim played a gritty knock of 86 from 107 balls (with 8 fours and 3 sixes) to take Bangladesh from a horrible 46 for 6 to a respectable 183 for 8. Naeem Islam gave him good company with his 43 and Bangladesh could last all the 50 overs. Ian Butler was the chief wicket taker with 3 for 43. Newcomer Andy McKay impressed with 2 for 17 in his 10 overs. Ross Taylor got the Man of the Match.
